We use these puppy pads for our senior pup, who is a leukemia survivor. We need to control her environment because her immune system has been compromised by Chemo. These pads allow her to potty indoors which is beneficial in her case. The pads are very absorbent and convenient, which protects our floors. Super product & super service from Mednet Direct.

I don't believe in having my dog "hold it" until I notice her need to "go outside" nor do I believe in with-holding water from her at night or any other time. In other words, if "hydration" is important for the human animal, surely, it is also important for other mammals. Also, "holding it" is bad for the human kidneys and creates unnecessary anxiety, so I don't require my dog to "hold it" for my convenience at the expense of her kidneys. Having these high quality pads gives her the option when she hasn't been able to get my attention or I'm away from home, day or night. To me these are a health necessity for her as well as for me.
